
Kenneth A. Pitcher, 69, of Indianapolis, passed away September 16, 2014 at his residence. He was born in Three Rivers, Michigan and graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in Electrical Engineering. He retired from Naval Avionics and later, Raytheon Corporation, where he was a research design engineer. He was the President of the Wanamaker’s Lions Club and trustee of his church. He enjoyed woodworking, hunting, and his grandchildren. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, G. Annette Pitcher; 2 daughters, Marnie R. Curl and Tanya L. Franklin; 2 grandchildren, Dakota L. Curl and Morgan L. Franklin; and 3 siblings, Jim Pitcher, Bill Pitcher, and Cindy Jordan. A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. at the Acton United Methodist Church on Saturday, September 27.
